Led by MOTIONLAB's Head Coach, Joseph Lee, the class will be focused on developing mobility, flexibility, mitigate injuries, body control and awareness of the body.
Doesn’t matter if you’re an elite athlete or you’re in your 50’s, MOBILITY101 is for everyone!
